These are great. I have been looking for a good solution as I have a Rogue Rhino Trainer so a standard pull up bar would not work. These are really high quality, knurling feels awesome and the price is fantastic for what you get. So far, I am very happy with the purchase.

High quality piece of equipment here. Put these on the back cross member of my Rogue rack. They look like they belong there (except for the raw steel bottom plate, which is a very minor issue). These took the place of all those silly Kensui grip things that hang from the pull-up bar. Tidied it right up. Great piece, would buy again.

This is the easiest review I’ve ever done. The long and short of it is: ANY home gym with a rack that doesn’t have this unit is missing out. Extremely well made and designed. It took me ten minutes to install and this is affordable to boot! Well done!

Simple design executed wonderfully. Easy to install, easy to adjust, hands heavy loads without bending or flexing.

These have easily handled over 300lb of weighted pull-ups while; both the arms and the smooth, well-knurled rotating handles.

My only remark is purely aesthetic. The the silver bottom plates "stick out" on my blacked-out rack, but that's not remotely enough to warrant reducing my score.

A few things to know.

Can I preorder the new range now?

Bear Arm preorders are now open. Choose Left, Right or Left + Right on the product page. Estimated shipping is late December 2026. The other new attachments are still in development; join the email list for their release announcements.

Will the rack attachments fit my rack?

The upcoming rack attachments are specified for 3 × 3-inch uprights with 1-inch holes. Check your rack dimensions and the final product details before ordering.

Are Bear Arms sold as a pair?

Choose Left, Right, or Left + Right on the Bear Arm product page. Left + Right includes one of each arm. Sides are defined from inside the rack, facing out. VOLTRA devices, DIY Docks and the rack are not included.

How are the spotters and handles sold?

Pivot Dumbbell Spotters are sold as one pair, shipped in two cartons. The Drop-In Dip Attachment is sold as one set. The Lateral Raise Attachment is sold individually. Final package contents will be listed before orders open.
